How
Can I help?
It
can be a very anxious time for new parents getting breastfeeding
established, sometimes all that's needed is a few small changes and
lots of encouragement! When breastfeeding is established it can be a
very satisfying experience for mother and baby. It gives your baby a
great start in life and has added health benefits for you too.
Even
the best-prepared mother can occasionally come up against problems.
She may be a new mum that finds feeding difficult at the beginning,
or a mum that has been feeding for sometime when a problem occurs.
A
private consultation will enable you to discuss your needs and
concerns and provide practical ideas and assistance to overcome
these challenges and help to make breastfeeding continue for longer
and become enjoyable to both you and your baby.
Sometimes
it's not enough to simply read about breastfeeding if you're having a
particular problem that might not be resolving. Or you might want to
be reassured that what you're doing is correct to avoid creating
possible problems in the future...
